In this position you will report to the Director of Technical Design and your responsibilities will include:
- Create 3D visualization of exhibit structures within our modular system via Autodesk Inventor
- Generate quotes based on 3D visualization within the ERP system
- Convert technical drawing into production blueprints for approved orders
- Communicate across departments to collaborate on project needs
- Work closely with the account management team on technical support for customers; participate in customer meetings as necessary
- Provide input for R&D to improve or enhance product offering
- Continuous learning and development to meet the needs of the role
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical or Civil
- Experience with CAD software; Autodesk Inventor experience is a plus
- You have a good 3D understanding and a deep technical interest
- Interest in designing using a modular system and a strong visual acuity
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
