Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray)

Job Title: Multimodality Tech (CT/X-Ray) Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required License: State license in hand preferred Certifications: BLS ARRT (CT) ARRT (R) SCRQSA (R) Must-Have: Experience in performing various CT procedures including abdomen, chest, and trauma scans. Knowledge of radiation safety protocols. Ability to assist with operations within the emergency department or urgent care.

Description: This position involves performing CT and X-ray procedures. The position may include additional duties to assist with operations in the emergency department and urgent care. Shifts are scheduled as three 12-hour night shifts from Friday to Monday. Weekends are required based on the established workday schedule. On-call shifts are not required. Candidates may be asked to float between similar units based on facility needs. Travelers should be prepared to support emergency response teams during hurricane season. All requests for time off must be submitted with the application. Candidates must be able to complete the required modules prior to the start date. All labs must be completed promptly as per guidelines. Travelers should have strong skills in CT imaging, including 3D rendering and contrast administration. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with safety precautions and patient preparation. Position supports a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
