Job Summary: As an Automation Manufacturing Engineer, you will support, optimize, and improve automated sealing operations within coating and bonding manufacturing processes. This role requires hands-on experience with Fanuc automated sealing systems, process troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€ข Support and improve automated sealing, coating, and bonding processes.

โ€ข Serve as the technical expert for Fanuc automated sealing equipment.

โ€ข Troubleshoot equipment, automation, and process issues to reduce downtime.

โ€ข Lead process improvements focused on quality, cycle time, uptime, and repeatability.

โ€ข Analyze production data and implement corrective actions.

โ€ข Support equipment commissioning, startup, validation, and process qualification.

โ€ข Assist with equipment installations, tooling changes, and process transfers.

โ€ข Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Controls, and Quality teams.

Qualifications:

โ€ข 6โ€“8 years of manufacturing engineering experience.

โ€ข Strong hands-on experience with Fanuc automated sealing equipment.

โ€ข Experience with automated coating, sealing, bonding, or adhesive dispensing processes.
