Your Contribution:

As a Landscape Design Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in brining our clients’ visions to life. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Exemplifying Self-Reliance: Demonstrate the ability to help grow a company that offers an environment to learn and advance.
  • Achieving Excellence: Assist with estimating residential and commercial RFPs and help design projects using software, creating 2D and 3D designs, renderings, and presentations.
  • Team Responsibility: Take pride in being a responsible member of our team by holding others accountable.
  • Hands-On Learning: Adapt to change and participate in hands-on learning by instructing those around you.
  • Outdoor Engagement: Work outdoors on job sites, selecting appropriate materials for designs and collaborating with senior designers and architects to create custom landscapes and outdoor living spaces.
  • Administrative Skills: Utilize your excellent administrative and mathematics skills to measure, take pictures, shoot grades, and perform site work.
  • Access to Top-Notch Equipment: Use state-of-the-art equipment to support your work.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience or education in the landscape and construction industry is preferred
  • General horticulture and plant material knowledge is preferred
  • Experience in hardscape construction is preferred
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to speak and read English
  • At least 18 years of age
