Salary Range: 39K-40K yearly

Working Status: Fulltime

Position Purpose:

Operate the stamping presses and post-process operations to produce, measure, inspect, and pack according to the operation standards of each specified part. To produce a quality product, while meeting customer shipping requirements. This position description is not meant to be all-inclusive of any job function. They may change at any time based on the organizational needs.

Essential Duties:

  1. Perform stamping presses and post process operations, measuring, inspection, packing, and troubleshooting to ensure company and customer of defect free product.

  2. To proactively participate in Kaizen activities to improve Safety, Quality, Cost and on time delivery.

  3. Report to the immediate Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader any problems related to safety, quality, personnel, or production.

  4. Daily preventive maintenance and inspection to make sure all department equipment is in a safe and efficient operating condition.

  5. Daily communication with all support departments in order to adhere to all company processes and procedures.

General Duties:

  1. Safety first. To respect the culture of Safety First, to make a safe working environment.

  2. Comply with all safety policies and procedures especially for machine operation and the use of PPE.

  3. Selection of nonconforming product when required by management.

  4. Daily 5S at shift end.

  5. Any process necessary for the daily operation of the company.

  6. Any other related duties assigned by management.

Equipment Used:

  1. Forklift.

  2. Stamping presses

  3. Post processes (Lathe, Surface treatment, etc.)

  4. Overhead Crane.

  5. AGV

  6. Various Measuring Instruments.

  7. Scanner

  8. All other equipment necessary for daily operation.
