The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients within their designated region. This role requires a self-motivated individual with experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail technology, foodservice, or related industries. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and support existing customers to ensure continued growth and success.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the retail and foodservice sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Represent 365 Retail Markets at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus, 3+ years preferred.
