The Job:
OMG23 | Disney Entertainment | Paid Strategy
OMG23 is looking for an Associate Director to lead paid search and paid social strategy for Disney. This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on leadership. You'll translate business and marketing goals into smart, integrated search and social strategies, guide a growing team, and help shape how Disney shows up across the paid media landscape.
What You'll Do:
Lead strategy and execution across paid search (Google, Bing, YouTube) and paid social (Meta, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)
Turn client goals into clear, effective search and social plans that align with broader paid media strategies
Stay on top of platform updates, media consumption trends, and emerging technologies; bring POVs to clients and teams
Build and manage strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Oversee and mentor a team across multiple live campaigns
Ensure alignment across internal teams by clearly communicating timelines, priorities, and project status
Manage campaign budgets
QA team outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
Optimize content calendars and media plans to drive clean, actionable data
Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and development
You Bring:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
4+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social
Strong working knowledge of major biddable platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Bing, Meta Ads Manager, X Ads, or similar)
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with ad serving, tagging, and media billing tools is a plus
You're a clear and confident communicator-equally strong in writing, presenting, and leading conversations with clients and teammates.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, staying flexible and adaptable when timelines shift.
You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, using critical thinking to find smart solutions.
You're comfortable coaching teammates and contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture.

This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.California: $95,000.00-$120,000.00
