Job description

An outpatient FM Physician position east of San Diego County, CA.
This permanent, full-time position is near Alpine, CA in a community health program.
Their multi-disciplinary team of dedicated Providers and staff offer a variety of medical, dental, behavioral, pharmacy and other community programs.  Providers enjoy no weekends, no holidays, no after hours with only very light call duties.  Clinic hours are M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Guaranteed salary ($235K-$320K, depending on experience) and full benefits including health insurance, flex plan, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick leave, $35K sign-on bonus, CME, 4% retirement match, and $50K loan repayment. 
Candidates must have/obtain active, unrestricted CA license, current DEA and board certified in Family Medicine.
