Outpatient Clinic Primary Care Role

The Area Rocky Ford has a population of 3500. It is 2.5 hours south of Denver and 55 minutes east of Pueblo. The Group Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center is a Critical Access Hospital and is located on two blocks of land. The main building is licensed to house 25 acute care patients. The 129,300 (76,500 plus 52,800 new) square-foot main building began operations in 1971. AVRMC has continued to improve the facilities and upgrade its equipment through funds generated from Medical Center operations.

Re-opening a Outpatient Clinic for a community in need. Primary Care role. Need to be able to practice independently. Seeing all ages of patients. Eventually 15 - 20 patients per day. 4/10 hour shifts unless the provider prefers a 5 day work week. Must work Fridays if a 4 day week. No Call. Compensation and benefits. Salary of $130,000 - $140,000. Production bonus of up to $10,000 quarterly. Relocation of up to $7,500. Comprehensive Benefits. Retirement. CME allowance. Soon to qualify for loan repayment.
