Schedule: Full Time | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

W2 Rate: $30-$35 Per Hour
 
Requirements:
Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
Strong calendar management experience, including complex executive calendaring
Experience coordinating meetings for large groups and multiple stakeholders
Ability to work with other Executive Assistants and administrative support teams
Proficiency in scheduling, meeting coordination, and executive communication
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to maintain a polished, executive-facing presence
 
Preferred Requirements:
Hospital or healthcare administrative experience
Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership
Experience supporting finance, medical education, or operational leaders
Experience in a fast-paced, high-priority administrative support role
 
Summary / Duties:
Executive Assistant needed to provide onsite administrative support for the CME and CFO.
This is an executive-facing role requiring strong calendar management, professional presence, and the ability to coordinate across leaders, Executive Assistants, assistants, and large stakeholder groups.
