Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience in technical writing, instructional design, or learning and development (L&D).
- Experience creating online training content and eLearning modules.
- Experience with video creation and multimedia content development.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage regularly with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and documentation management skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain eLearning courses, job aids, and technical documentation.
- Develop interactive training content.
- Update training materials as applications are enhanced or business processes evolve.
- Publish and manage course content, including course ownership and access.
- Create and maintain release notes templates and documentation standards.
- Build and maintain documentation libraries within SharePoint.
- Produce training videos and embed multimedia into course content.
- Validate technical accuracy by working closely with project team members and the training team, and by participating in regular team sessions.
- Track documentation through the full lifecycle: creation, review, approval, publication, and updates.
- Ensure all materials align with company branding and quality standards.
- Collaborate across teams (IT, operations, and vendors) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
