Our Outpatient Rehab center located in Monroe, NJ is looking for a part time Patient Service Associate to join our team! This position is Part Time, 20 hours per week. There is flexibility in the hours/day, but ideally the employee can stay until closing (730p) for 2 evenings each week.
The Patient Service Associate handles patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, insurance authorizations, office management tasks of supply ordering, faxing/scanning and interdepartment communication with the healthcare team.
Credentials:
Education or Equivalent Experience:
  • H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
  • High School Graduate/GED/Equivalent Work Exp.: required 4+ years customer service required 2+ years medical experience preferred Thorough knowledge of third-party insurance coverage guidelines Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
