Daily Responsibilities: Conduct initial intake interviews and psychosocial assessments Provide individual psychotherapy, family psychotherapy, and/or couples therapy Work with children, adolescents, and adults Collaborate with patients and families in a systems-driven practice environment Opportunity to develop supervisory and administrative skills Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field Active licensure (or license-eligible) in the state of Illinois Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient or related clinical settings Strong clinical assessment skills, including the ability to conduct biopsychosocial intakes and formulate treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with families and professionals Comfort working within a systems-based model, including coordination with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations Strong organizational and time management skills, including timely documentation and caseload management Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and evidence-based practice Willingness to participate in supervision, continuing education, and team collaboration Must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours a week Saturdays Mandatory Workdays About Us NeuroHealth Arlington Heights has served the Chicagoland area for over 20 years, NeuroHealth provides psychological testing and neuropsychological testing, treatment, systems/case management, and school consultation and advocacy services to children, adolescents (high school age and college-age students), and adults.
