Job description

Join Cleveland Clinic's Martin North Hospital where research and surgery are advanced, technology is leading-edge, patient care is world-class, and caregivers are family. This downtown Stuart hospital provides top-quality patient care to the communities in and around Martin County on the beautiful Indian River. The caregivers at Martin North Hospital have made it not only an excellent medical facility, but also a home away from home.

As Project Manager III, you will lead and manage multiple phases of assigned projects, using advanced project management tools and techniques to ensure successful execution and alignment with organizational objectives. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of new workforce pipeline ("learn and earn") projects in the Florida region, reporting to the Center for Workforce Development under GLLI. You will launch new initiatives, coordinate with internal and external partners, assist with participant recruitment and onboarding, and ensure smooth project execution during the initial stages. This position focuses on project delivery, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement, and tracking outcomes to support the successful growth and sustainability of early-phase programs.

A caregiver in this role works a hybrid schedule Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with two days onsite and three days from home.

Martin North serves as the home base, with occasional travel throughout the Florida region as needed.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Manage all aspects of moderately complex projects.

  • Lead/manage medium to large projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results.

  • Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

  • Prepare and complete action plans.

  • Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.

  • Resolve problems.

  • Complete audits and identify trends.

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes.

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor'sdegree inBusinessor a related fieldand three years of project experience in an assigned area(i.e.,progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data and financial analysis)

  • ORAssociate'sdegreeand five years of experience

  • ORMaster'sdegreeand two years of experience

  • Effective relationship building skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)Certification

  • Experience in workforce development or project management

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Familiarity with the Florida workforce landscape

  • Strong project management skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

  • May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.

  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50
