Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         Olathe, KS 66061
Duration:         12 Months – Possible Extension/Conversion
Shift:                1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Minimal Overtime

Job Overview

Serve as the primary link between dealers/channel partners and the company, handling complex order inquiries related to product availability, configurations, order status, shipments, and service parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze, and respond to complex order status inquiries.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from dealers.
  • Answer questions regarding products, availability, and orders.
  • Track orders and make code changes as required.
  • Work with factory and supplier contacts to resolve order issues.
  • Support product availability and factory-related inquiries.
  • Utilize SAP/host systems to research and document customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate order and customer records.
  • Handle difficult customers professionally and provide effective solutions.
  • Identify and resolve recurring order fulfillment issues.
  • Manage multiple calls, emails, and tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Provide support to internal teams and colleagues as needed.
  • Work with minimal supervision and prioritize high-priority tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service or customer-oriented experience.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a team environment.
  • Call center/customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook skills.
  • Good keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask while handling calls and entering information into SAP.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to make quick, complex decisions and think on your feet.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
