A 2nd Shift Part Time role typically involves working in the late afternoon to evening hours, often from around 3 PM to 11 PM, with varying start and end times depending on the employer. This schedule is ideal for individuals who have daytime commitments, such as school or another job, but it can present challenges in balancing family or social activities that occur in the evenings.
