Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive and verify inbound stock from vendors.
  • Use RF scanners to put away stock and manage inventory.
  • Pick, bundle, and stage customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Transport materials to and from production areas as needed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and internal audits.
  • Support 6-S initiatives and perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Cross-train in multiple warehouse and material handling functions.
  • Follow all safety and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Forklift certification required; prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights up to 20 feet.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
  • Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Safety Requirements:
  • Wear safety-toed footwear
  • Safety glasses with side shields
  • Hearing protection
  • Other (PPE) where required.
Work Environment:
  • Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
