Material Handler
Location: Piqua, OH
Pay: $21.06 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
We are hiring an experienced Material Handler for a manufacturing facility in the Piqua area.This position requires stand-up forklift experience and will be responsible for moving materials and supporting shipping and receiving operations throughout the facility.
Responsibilities
  • Operate a stand-up forklift to safely move materials and products
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks
  • Transport materials to designated areas throughout the facility
  • Support shipping and receiving operations
  • Organize and stage materials as needed
  • Maintain accurate and efficient material flow
  • Follow all forklift and workplace safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform additional material handling duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required
  • Must be comfortable operating a stand-up forklift throughout the shift
  • Previous material handling, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
