About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals for 1st shift and 2nd shift to assist in the operation of our machines and ensure they are running efficiently. You will work closely with our production team to uphold our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and develop your skills in the manufacturing industry.

Hours

  • 1st shift 5am to 1pm Monday through Friday
  • 2nd shift 1pm to 11pm Monday through Thursday

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read a tape measure 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience with quality control processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
