Job description

You'll join a stable, remote-first SaaS company building case management software for personal injury law firms. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll deliver high-quality features on a predictable schedule while collaborating with a distributed team across the Americas.


What You'll Do

  • Build and ship full-stack features using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and modern front-end technologies
  • Write comprehensive automated unit and integration tests for all code
  • Deploy to production daily using trunk-based development and feature flags
  • Participate in daily standups and bi-weekly sprint planning sessions
  • Collaborate with Staff Engineers whohelpguide and unblock your work
  • Mentor Associate Software Engineers through pairing and code review
  • Instrument features for observability, monitoring performance and errors
  • Work with QA engineers to ensure quality through manual and automated testing
  • Participate in pair programming sessions (encouraged but optional)
  • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows on Google Cloud Platform


Who You'll Work With

  • Report directly to the Director of Engineering
  • Collaborate daily with your squad (5-6 engineers, QA engineer, Staff Engineer)
  • Partner with Product Managers and Designers in sprint planning and standups
  • Coordinate withEngineering Project Manager (product owner/scrum master)
  • Engage with the broader engineering team of 12+ developers across time zones

  • Expertise in Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL

  • Strong written and spoken English (professional Spanish is a plus)
