Job Description
Join a growing food manufacturing team as a Food Industrial Packer. In this fast-paced production role, you will be responsible for packaging food products, inspecting items for quality, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products.

Responsibilities
  • Package food products according to company specifications and production standards
  • Inspect products for quality, appearance, and proper packaging before shipment
  • Label, seal, and stack finished products for distribution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Follow all company safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
  • Monitor production lines and report product defects or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Assist with line changeovers and general production duties as needed
  • Complete production documentation accurately and perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required
