What You’ll Do
As a Technical Designer, you’ll work hand-in-hand with artists, animators, and developers to shape the next generation of casino gaming. Your day-to-day could include:
- Creating polished game mockups that showcase new features and experiences.
- Designing particles, animations, and VFX that bring gameplay to life.
- Building optimized 3D models and textures ready for production.
- Assisting creatives with drawing and refining game elements.
- Transforming early concepts into game-ready assets that run smoothly.
- Partnering with developers to ensure designs are functional, optimized, and achievable in the engine.
Tools You’ll Use
We want someone comfortable working across design and dev environments, including:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Spine (2D skeletal animation)
- HTML / CSS for UI work and layout tweaks
- 2D & 3D art production pipelines
- File optimization for real-time performance

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Game Art & Design, or Game Development.
- 4+ years of experience in Gaming, Design, Marketing, Advertising, Publishing, or Animation.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and game-ready asset production.
- HTML / CSS knowledge; coding or scripting a plus.
