  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting and climbing,

The pay rate depends on the level of experience. It takes a minimum of 5 years to “Top Out”

No Experience : $16
Some Experience : $17 - $19
With IICRC WRT Certification Crew Chief Contingent on internal OJT assessment and virtual training. : $20 - $24
Crew Chief with a minimum of 5 years employment and contingent on all In House and External Certifications and policy violations or issues: $24+
Job Description:

The Technician performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the Technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. You will primarily be performing mitigation in someone's home or business. This may be in the form of initial emergency services or more extensive projects. This may require that you perform light to heavy demolition of building materials. You will also handle professional cleaning products and equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
  2. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
  3. Perform production processes as directed.
  4. Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
  5. Communicate with the crew chief and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  6. Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.

Formal Education/Training:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • IICRC certifications preferred
