Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Dealer 21 to join our dynamic gaming team in Kenner, United States. As a Dealer 21, you will be responsible for conducting card games while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining game integrity.
  • Deal blackjack games according to standard rules, company procedures, and gaming regulations
  • Accurately shuffle and deal cards to customers while maintaining game pace
  • Calculate card values quickly and precisely
  • Process chip transactions, including exchanging cash for chips
  • Manage betting activities, including collecting losing bets and paying winning hands
  • Monitor game activities to ensure compliance with casino policies and gaming regulations
  • Complete required gaming documentation and records accurately
  • Maintain a professional and engaging atmosphere at the gaming table
  • Report suspicious activities or irregularities to supervisors

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum of six months dealing experience or completion of an accredited dealer school program preferred
  • Proven excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to calculate quickly and accurately
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and reach across gaming tables
  • Manual dexterity for continuous card handling and chip management
  • Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
