Job description

Position Summary:     Under limited supervision, provides high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support for educational programs within the Department of Family Medicine.
Essential Job Functions:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       The position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Nurse Practitioner (NP) Residency Program, including clinical rotations, curriculum documentation, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and program activities. The role also provides administrative and operational support for the department's Nurse Practitioners, including management of day-to-day schedule and template changes. Additional responsibilities include cross-program support for educational initiatives, events, recruitment, onboarding, and graduation activities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic and clinical environment are essential.
Salary Range:
$21.50 - $28.00 an hour
