This role is dedicated to shoulder and elbow surgery, encompassing a diverse range of complex cases. You will participate in general orthopaedic call coverage at a ratio of 1:10, benefit from robust ancillary support, follow established care pathways, utilize fully integrated electronic medical records, and engage in cross-specialty collaboration.

Compensation
The annual salary range is between $487,200 and $594,200, determined by skills, qualifications, training, certifications, market data, and other relevant factors. The extensive benefits package significantly enhances the overall compensation.
