Job description

Job Title: Part-Time Hospitalist – Internal or Family Medicine
Location: Green Bay, WI
Schedule: 7–10 shifts/month | Flexible scheduling
Compensation: $200–$250 per hour

Position Overview
We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join the Green Bay care team on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule, manageable patient load, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in acute or post-acute settings

  • Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges

  • Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families

  • Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the EMR

  • Participate in quality initiatives and promote clinical excellence

Schedule & Workload

  • 7–10 shifts per month

  • 5–6 hours per shift

  • Flexible scheduling; full-time availability optional

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Active Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain

  • Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills
