Job Description

We're looking for two highly experienced, professional infant nannies to join a collaborative childcare team caring for a 3-month-old baby in East Nashville.
This family is looking for caregivers with significant professional infant experience who understand the unique needs of caring for a young baby. This is an excellent opportunity for a nanny who takes pride in their work, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys building a strong relationship with both the family and their fellow caregiver.
The family needs approximately 60 hours of care each week, Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Because this is a shared position, the two nannies will work together with the family and Lifetime of Love Nannies to create a consistent and mutually beneficial schedule. The exact schedule is intentionally flexible and may include full-day shifts, morning/afternoon shifts, or other combinations of coverage depending on the nannies' availability and the family's needs.
Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for a 3-month-old infant.
  • Follow the family's established routines, preferences, and instructions (household tasks such as laundry, dishes, etc. when baby's schedule allows)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the baby.
  • Observe and communicate changes in the baby's routine, mood, feeding, sleep, or overall well-being.
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with the parents, Lifetime of Love Nannies team, and your nanny teammate.
  • Provide thorough handoffs between caregivers to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide dependable care.
  • Represent Lifetime of Love Nannies with professionalism, kindness, and discretion.
The Ideal Candidate

This family is looking for someone who views nannying as a profession, not simply a babysitting job. The ideal candidate is confident and knowledgeable when caring for young infants and understands how important consistency, communication, and attention to detail are during this stage.
Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional infant nanny experience
  • 2–3 strong professional references from previous in-home infant care positions who can speak to your experience, reliability, and quality of care.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Compensation

  • $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • W-2 employee status, paid weekly.
  • Incentives for accepting last-minute shifts.
  • Referral bonuses for bringing new families to Lifetime of Love Nannies.
  • Referral bonuses for introducing qualified nannies who join our team.
Why Join Lifetime of Love Nannies?

At Lifetime of Love Nannies, we believe exceptional childcare starts with exceptional caregivers. We value our nannies, support them every step of the way, and work hard to match them with families where they can build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact in the lives of children.
As a Lifetime of Love Nannies caregiver, you'll have the support of our team throughout your placement, along with opportunities to connect with additional families and childcare positions that fit your experience and availability.
