Packaging Machine Operator โ€“ 1st & 2nd Shift
Allegiance Staffing | Greer, SC | $18/hr
Allegiance Staffing is hiring experienced Packaging Machine Operators for a high-volume foam board insulation manufacturing facility in Greer, SC. This is a fast-paced production role in a non-climate-controlled environment with high heat, dust, and fiberglass exposure.
We are seeking candidates with strong machine operator experience and a stable work history (2โ€“3 years per job over the last 5 years preferred). Must be dependable, safety-focused, and willing to be cross-trained in multiple production areas.
Shift Schedule (Hiring Both Shifts)
  • 1st Shift: 4:30 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM (Monโ€“Thurs)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM โ€“ 1:15 AM (Monโ€“Thurs)
  • Overtime as needed
Job Duties
  • Operate packaging machinery in a high-volume environment
  • Off-load, stack, and prepare finished product
  • Occasional forklift operation
  • Cross-train in multiple production areas
  • Maintain production flow, quality, and safety standards
Requirements
  • Prior machine operator experience required
