This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center.∙ Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires ∙ Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks ∙ Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals ∙ Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion ∙ Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded ∙ Conducting staff meetings and verifying that daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis ∙ Providing ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function ∙ Utilizing a variety of reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve problems that arise during the workday ∙ Communicate effectively across all levels ∙ Analyzing information effectively to make sound business decisions ∙ Build high-performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues\*\*Selected candidate will need to have flexibility of working 1st shift hours of 5:00am to 1:30pm, with additional flexibility as needed due to work volume. Weekends as needed, and provide 2nd shift coverage for colleagues that are on vacation\*\* **Required Qualifications** ∙Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.**Preferred Qualifications** ∙Warehouse Management Systems experience ∙MS Office experience ∙Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. ∙Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently. ∙Ability to complete assignments within established timelines. ∙Ability to complete work under general supervision-Bachelors degree **Education** Verifiable High school Diploma/GED**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $102,081.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
