  • Blueprint Interpretation: Master the art of reading and interpreting blueprints to weld metals with pinpoint precision—delivering exactly what customers and the company demand

Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment. You’ll also lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
