Volt is hiring for a1st Shift Material Handler for a leading tech company located in Hillsboro, OR.

Up to 24 month long contract opportunity -- $20/hr

As a Material Handler, you will:

  • Receive, store, distribute, and maintain materials, parts, supplies, and equipment throughout the manufacturing operation.
  • Assemble and maintain kitted inventory to support production requirements.
  • Initiate non-conforming material reports for failed or defective components.
  • Perform quality checks and participate in routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other digital inventory systems to track materials and support warehouse operations.

This is a Full-Time, Contract role (Up to a 24 month contract).

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing support processes
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to meet ITAR compliance requirements

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30am - 3:00pm 

Pay: $20/hr
