Custom Marine has an immediate opening for a Material Handler to work at our Neenah, WI facility.
Custom Marine is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered original equipment and aftermarket stainless steel exhaust headers, exhaust pipes, mufflers, and other marine and industrial components. Our products support healthcare, military, law enforcement, banking, gas stations, etc.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Operates powered industrial trucks or hand trucks and move or hoist materials to proper departments or areas.
  • Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
  • Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt.
  • Unload packages from incoming trucks.
  • Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
  • Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, etc.).
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as receiving/shipping clerk or similar position.
  • Experience in operating powered industrial trucks.
  • Self-starter, who can plan, prioritizes, manage time efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experienced working with computers and handling paperwork.
  • Understands and practices Quality System Requirements and documentation (e.g. applicable inspection, verification and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process).
  • ERP system knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Basic math and reading skills are required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • SyteLine knowledge.
