Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Tasks
The employee receives production priorities and instructions from operators and supervisors (via verbal communication and SharePoint), as well as unloading instructions from the logistics office.
  • Follow ERP instructions indicating which coil to place on which machine
  • Position coils on machines
  • Strap and remove coil remnants and record them in SAP
  • Unload coil trucks
  • Clear the slitting line output table
  • Stack coils by type and supplier in designated locations
  • Follow supervisor instructions to improve processes and prevent damage or complaints
  • Adapt to changing work priorities
  • Prepare, move, store, and unload materials within required timeframes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Unpack coils and dispose of waste
  • Comply with environmental standards
  • Ensure quality and stability of coil stacking
  • Follow and enforce safety rules
  • Report all activities in end-of-shift documentation for performance tracking
  • Support colleagues as needed
  • Separate rejected/blocked coils from usable stock
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts
  • Conduct 5S audits according to procedures

  • Knowledge of warehouse layout (coil locations)
