Alliance Printing is seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our team in Dalton, GA. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, looking to contribute to a high-quality manufacturing operation. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting the Emmeci machine used in the production of turned-edge binders and boards. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate the Emmeci machine to produce turned-edge binders and boards.
• Select and install the proper tools and fixtures for each production run.
• Align and secure workpieces and feeding devices for accurate and efficient production.
• Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Use measuring instruments such as gauges and calipers to ensure specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues to minimize downtime.
