The ideal candidate will have expertise in Labware, LIMS, and FMS, and will be proficient in English. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills to drive successful project outcomes. 3.

Technology : Custom Service 7. Shift : Day 8. Responsibilities : - Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.

- Oversee the development and implementation of solutions that meet business needs. - Provide expertise in Labware, LIMS, and FMS to ensure technical accuracy. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery. - Conduct regular meetings with project teams to track progress and address issues. - Analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.

- Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

- Monitor project outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

-Qualifications - Possess a strong background in business analysis with 10 to 12 years of experience. - Demonstrate expertise in Labware, LIMS, and FMS. - Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

- Show proficiency in developing and managing project plans. - Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Have experience in facilitating meetings and workshops. - Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Show attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Be adaptable to changing project requirements. - Have the ability to train and support end-users.
