Job Description

First Gold is seeking a Floor Supervisor/Security (graveyard shift) to help maintain the gaming floor. This individual will process jackpot payouts, and ensure the safety and security of our property, guests, and team members. This position requires strong attention to detail, and a calm presence under pressure, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality customer service.

Must have or be able to maintain a South Dakota Gaming License.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol the premises regularly to maintain order and presence,
  • Process hand pays and jackpot wins accurately.
  • Monitor surveillance and respond to alarms.
  • Provide assistance to guests and staff
  • Remove trespassers and enforce property rules

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Ability to follow supervisor directions and gaming floor procedures

Must have or be able to maintain a South Dakota Gaming License.
