Required Experience

  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience building and deliveringenterprise-grade, distributed systems

  • Proventrack recordofleading large-scale technical initiativeswith significant business impact

  • Deepexpertisein at least one primary language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript) with polyglot capability

  • Advanced knowledge ofsoftware architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven systems, and domain-driven design

  • Strong experience withcloud-native architectures(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)

  • Expertisewith relational and NoSQL databases andlarge-scale data system design

  • Deep understanding ofDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system observability

  • Exceptionalproblem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills
