Job description

Account " Facility" / Route Supervisor - Janitorial Services - Evenings

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00
Monday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION
Tuesday - 9am-11am; 4pm-12am (one day shift of rotating businesses) ROUTE
Wednesday - 4pm-12am ROUTE
Thursday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION
Friday - 8pm-12am - ONE LOCATION
*No Weekends; 28-32 hours per week

This position is in charge of all aspects of a nightly shift at 4M. This position will be responsible for vehicle prep, driving the company vehicle from business to business, keeping up with keys and alarm codes to each client - all the while leading a staff of cleaners through cleaning tasks at each business.

Duties of the position include:

  • directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team
  • Planning and preparing teamwork schedules
  • coaching and training
  • Implementing 4M standards
  • ensuring efficiency and consistency
  • Resolving client issues
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
  • Hands-on cleaning alongside your team

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Janitorial experience
  • Professional Driving experience
  • Superviser experience is preferred
  • Successful drug screening and background check.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Reliable Transportation. Pass MVR
