Location: Eastern Iowa

McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with the automotive industry while building a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees.

As a Lot Attendant, you'll play an important role in maintaining the appearance of our inventory, supporting dealership operations, and ensuring our lots are organized, safe, and customer-ready. Requirements

• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with the initiative to complete tasks independently
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist where needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate and move a variety of vehicles
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

What You'll Do

• Maintain the appearance of new and used vehicle inventory by cleaning interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed
• Move, organize, and stage vehicles throughout the lot to maintain dealership display standards
• Install buyer guides, stock tags, and key tags on inventory
• Shuttle vehicles between the sales lot, service department, and parking areas
• Assist with lot maintenance, including snow removal, sidewalk upkeep, and dealership event setup
• Support the sales and service teams with additional duties as assigned
