Position Overview

White Glove Home Care LLC is seeking hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Part-Time Cleaning Technicians. We provide premier residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Indianapolis area. While prior cleaning experience is a plus, we value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependability above all and are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform professional residential and commercial cleaning services according to company standards and client specifications.

  • Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.

  • Adhere to scheduled arrival and departure times for all assigned properties.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Hours
  • Work Days: Monday through Friday (Saturdays and Sundays off).

  • Flexibility: Choose the number of days per week you wish to work; however, full-day availability is required on your selected work days.

  • Daily Hours: Meet-up at our south-side Madison Ave location varies between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM to arrive on-site by 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM (depending on the day). Shifts conclude no later than 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM.
