Job Summary

365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals to operate from our Huntsville, AL location. We offer consistent miles, newer equipment, secure terminal parking, and reliable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles and comprehensive support both on the road and at home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (beginning after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
  • Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.

The Route & Equipment

  • Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35 with regular, scheduled runs.
  • Home Time: Home weekly with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT medical card.
  • Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
  • Experience — Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor is provided, plus full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
