What is a 15 Up?

15 Up typically refers to jobs that are available to individuals aged 15 and older, often part-time or entry-level positions suitable for students or young workers. These jobs can include roles in retail, food service, babysitting, or assisting in family businesses. They offer valuable work experience, help develop responsibility, and allow young people to earn their own income while balancing school or other activities. Regulations about hours and types of work may vary by country or state, so it’s important to check local labor laws before applying.
