You will support the person supported to live their best life while providing necessary health services.

Some duties

I) You will provide support to ensure the person supported maintains their best health status

II) Personal care tasks (grooming)

III) Medication administration and management

IIII) Coordination of medical appointments

V) Meal preparations

VI) Use of hoyer and wheelchair

Expected outcomes

I) The person supported is healthy, safe, and satisfied.

II) The person supported has strong natural supports.

III) The person supported has quality documentation that reflects the services provided and secures their funding.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities

I) Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program

II) Successful completion orientation and training provided by Georgia Options

III) Basic computer skills
