This position establishes, administers, and directs the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT), a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses; supervises and evaluates the multidisciplinary team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program clients; and functions as a practicing clinician on the team.Job Type/Salary:* 08/14/2026 – 09/14/2026* Annual Salary is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 (based on DMH experience and certifications)* Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.* FLSA Status: ExemptMinimum Qualifications and Experience:* LBHP: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
