Job description

Proliner is a family owned and operated business. We sell top quality fire apparatus, ambulances, rescue vehicles and chiefs cars and just about everything and anything you need to outfit your rescue vehicle. We wire and build chief, rescue, ems, police trucks.

Proliner needs a reliable 12 Volt Wiring Technician to join our team.

12 Volt Wiring Technician responsibilities

-Installation of emergency vehicle lighting, electrical wiring, controls, sirens, cameras, radios and other technologies.
-Dismantling and reassembling vehicle interior/exterior and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
-High school diploma/GED required
-3+ years' of 12 volt Wiring technician experience required
-Willingness to participate in in-house training
-Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment required
-Basic knowledge of cars/trucks required
-Enjoys working on some of the coolest trucks in NY
-Proficient with basic hand tools and power tools
- Must have own tools required
-Must be able to discern cable colors, color codes
-Able to lift 50 lbs, push, pull, band, squat throughout shift
-Enjoys being a team member of the best in our industry
-Strong focus on quality, safety and neat, clean work
