Job description

A fast-growing beverage company in Preston, WA is adding to their day shift production team. In this role, you’ll support production operations by operating equipment, handling finished product, and ensuring quality standards are met so production runs safely and efficiently.
 
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity and a great chance to join a team that values consistency, teamwork, and a clean, organized production environment.
 
In this Production Line role, you will:
  • Operate production and packaging equipment according to safety and quality standards
  • Perform routine quality checks and inspect finished packages
  • Down-stack pallets and move finished product as needed
  • Monitor the production line and report issues or slowdowns
  • Follow food safety, quality, and SQF practices at all times
 
What you’ll need:
  • 6 months to 1 year of production or machine operation experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to walk and remain on your feet for the full 12-hour shift
 
Schedule:
  • 3:00 pm to 3:30 am
  • Four 12-hour shifts per week between Monday and Friday
  • Rotating day off each week
  • Every five weeks includes a four-day weekend
 
Pay: $22.75/hr
