Urgent Openings: Data Entry & Accounting Clerks (Temp)


PrideStaff is hiring for multiple immediate temporary assignments requiring strong data entry and accounting skills. If you are fast on a keyboard, sharp in Excel, and know the basics of bookkeeping, A/P, or A/R, we can put you to work right away!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Enter high-volume financial data into systems with 100% accuracy.
  • Excel Tracking: Utilize spreadsheets to organize, filter, and track financial records.
  • A/P & A/R Support: Assist with vendor invoice coding, payment matching, and cash applications.
  • Bookkeeping: Reconcile daily transactions and file digital documentation.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, A/P, or A/R.
