What is an associate?

An Associate is an entry-level or mid-level employee who typically works under the supervision of more senior staff in a variety of industries, such as finance, retail, law, or consulting. Associates are responsible for supporting team projects, carrying out assigned tasks, and learning industry-specific skills. The role can involve research, client support, administrative duties, or specialized tasks depending on the field.
