What You'll Do:
As an Electrician, you will:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment
  • Assist with diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and operational issues
  • Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, sensors, and power circuits
  • Work with Allen Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment optimization projects
  • Learn advanced industrial troubleshooting techniques from experienced maintenance professionals

What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree, technical diploma, certification, or recent graduation from an Electrical Technology, Industrial Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related program
  • Internship, co-op, military, lab, or hands-on technical experience preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of motors, electrical controls, PLCs, industrial wiring, and automation systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
