Responsibilities- Warmly greet guests and guide them to their seats or designated areas.
- Present menus, answer questions about food and beverages, and make recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, adhering to service standards.
- Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and silverware during and after events.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the event.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, including table arrangements and decorations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and event captains to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements- Previous experience as a server, preferably in catering or fine dining.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other service items (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
